About

I am currently a stay-at-home mother of my one year old son, Quetzal Sol.  I am also an art educator and most recently taught middle school and high school visual arts at a charter school in Manhattan before our family decided to move to Nashville, TN to be closer to family and to become more present in the world.

I am dedicated to the vision that one day the arts will be accessible to all children and that only when our nation devotes time and resources to fostering the arts, creativity, and the imagination will school reform make the greatest positive change in our children’s lives.

I am also passionate about Waldorf education and gently nurturing all aspects of a child’s person and their multiple intelligences.
